In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Sonoma County Bocce Club Senior Tournament, I acknowledge that bocce ball and related activities involve risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and other accidents.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Sonoma County Bocce Club, the City of Santa Rosa, and their officers, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including claims arising from the negligence of the released parties.

I consent to the use of photographs or video taken during this event for promotional purposes by the Sonoma County Bocce Club without compensation. I agree to abide by all SCBC rules and park regulations during the tournament.
